Costa Brava Luxury SL/Robin Veerman is working for more then a decade in the real estate sector at the beautiful Costa Brava in Spain. Besides mediation in sales and rentals we have gained a lot of experience in management of construction and renovations. We have been involved in many projects, from small home improvement and maintenance jobs to complete renovations and new housing developments. Therefore we know how important and convenient our services are for our clients. Regardless of the size of the job we guarantee the best service always, making sure that your projects are effectively organized, monitored and most important that you are informed continuously!

Bureaucratic steps before starting and chosing architect and builder
Before you actually can start with a renovation or construction process there are some bureaucratically tasks to be done first. Maybe you need an official licence of the town hall, that depends on the size of the job. Licenses need to be approved by the town hall first before you can start. Also the election of the architect and builder, etc. We guide you through this process by our local experience and large network.

Project Monitoring
We will observe the renovation process from close by and pay attention in a way like you would do it yourself. We will monitor your project imagining we are looking through your eyes regarding quality and control of the process.

Photo reportage
All progress will be photographed on a daily base and send to you. These photographs have a double function. That is to say, our clients can monitor the progress of their projects on a daily basis during the building process. When after the work is completed a malfunction would occur those photos can be of high importance to find and solve the problem.

Communication between you and builder
We list all questions between you and the builder and architect (and Aparejador) and make questions ourselves where needed and communicate with you in your own language on a daily base by e-mail and phone.

Control of quality & speed
Because of our daily presence and visits on expected and unexpected times our role has a quality improving and speed stimulating effect on the construction by the builder and its staff and everybody else invalved.

Control of materials
On every delivery of materials a delivery receipt is provided by the suppliers to the staff working on your project. On a daily base the constructor we control those on correctness in quantities and pricing. Just the fact that this control is part of our work minimizes possible incorrectness’s and thus saves you money.

Control of time
It is impossible to ‘accidently mistake’ with time calculation when staff is controlled on corectness of this by us on behalf of you.

Saving money
Summarizing, we will be present at your construction location in a constructive way in the role of mediator between you and the construction company but with a clear responsibility which are the services mentioned above. We assure you that deploying us as your Construction Coordinator will definitely save you money, improve the quality and make the whole renovation process, whether it’s small or big, a pleasant process without any unpleasant surprises.

Our fee
For the jobs mentioned above, including our costs of transport, (international) telephone and internet we charge a fee of €42,- per hour. Aproximately we spend between 10-20 hours per week on a project. In case of a big project we fix a reduced fee. By cause of our presence projecta are being realised quicker and done in a better qualitive way. In other words we earn back ourselves!
